This is mandatory for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who have stationary sources of atmospheric air pollution in enterprises and emissions that exceed 10 tons per year or range from 5-10 tons per year, inclusive, if emissions of air pollutants of hazard class 1 and (or) 2 are present.
The deadline for completion is January 22, 2025.
Administrative responsibility and a fine have been established for late provision or provision of unreliable primary statistical data:
For officials – from 10,000 to 20,000 rubles
For legal entities – from 20,000 to 70,000 rubles.
