The violator will pay more than 2 million rubles for the harm caused to nature

During the monitoring of the Almetyevsk district, inspectors of the Southeastern Department revealed unauthorized waste disposal in Almetyevsk on R. Fakhretdin Street. The total area of the landfill was 2,565 sq.m.

A warning and a claim for damages in the amount of 2,039,000 rubles were sent to the owner of the land plot. The violator liquidated the landfill, but refused to compensate for the damage.

Then the environmentalists sent a statement of claim to the Almetyevsk city court. The claim was satisfied in favor of the Ministry of Ecology. The court ordered the violator to compensate for the damage caused to the environment.
