9433 appeals have been registered at the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year, 94% of them have already been resolved.
4,541 applications have been accepted in the School Eco-patrol mobile application. 3363 notifications have been received through the Ministry's Internet reception. 1,343 questions were registered in the People's Control system and 186 on the feedback platform POS.
The most popular issue among the population continues to be the topic of unauthorized landfills and untimely garbage collection. There are 6,157 requests for this issue. There were also 1,266 reports on atmospheric air quality, 931 on water, and 1,079 reports on other issues.
As of today, 8867 appeals have already been considered and resolved by environmentalists.
