The Ministry of Ecology has reviewed and resolved 90% of residents' complaints since the beginning of the year

9350 appeals have been registered at the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year, 90% of them have already been resolved. 

The most messages were received in the mobile application "School eco-patrol" - 4507. 3316 notifications have been received through the Ministry's Internet reception. 1341 questions were registered in the People's Control system and 186 on the feedback platform POS.

There are 6,122 appeals related to landfills and untimely garbage collection. 1,265 reports were received on atmospheric air quality, 931 on water and 1,032 reports on other issues. 

As of today, 8418 appeals have been reviewed and resolved by environmentalists.
