132 thousand rubles must be paid by the violator for the damage caused to the environment

The Ministry of Ecology received an appeal from residents about a landfill near the Buga River. Inspectors of the Kama department made a trip to Yelabuga, to Spasskaya Street. During the inspection of the territory, the violation was confirmed. Storage of construction waste was found in the water protection zone of the Buga River.

The total area of the landfill was 549 sq.m., the volume was 142 cubic meters.

Environmentalists calculated the damage caused to nature in the amount of 132 thousand rubles. A warning and a claim for damages have been sent to the owner of the land plot. All materials on the case will also be sent to the court.
