After inspection of ecological specialists, a large landfill of reinforced concrete structures started to being liquidated

More than 50 truckloads of garbage of reinforced concrete structures have been removed from the territory of the company “Stroykhimservis” located on Arkhangelskaya street of Kazan. Violation of nature protection legislation was revealed by inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan this September. Today, ecological specialists inspected the work on beautification of this territory. According to the Head of special inspection of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Ruslan Shakirzyanov, great work has been done, although the landowner still needs to carry out actions regarding territory beautification, including tree planting.

Moreover, production and consumption waste disposal, construction waste storage on the landscaped area, as well as inappropriate maintenance of the adjacent territory of container yard were revealed on the territory of Admiralteyskaya Sloboda. For causes, 18 protocols regarding administrative offences were drawn up during the last month, whereof 1 protocol regarded legal person, 8 concerned officials, while 9 protocols regarded individuals.

Earlier, inspectors documented increase of the water level on the bend of Kazanka river. As it turned out, obstruction of the river outlet was the reason. By efforts of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Vodokanal”, the works on cleaning of facilities located under the railway near the booster station “Zapadnaya” have been completed. The water level has decreased down to the admissible mark. Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan sampled sewage waters of the old course of Kazanka river.

All in all, today, in the course of the joint raid, fellow workers of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Administration of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Natural Resource Use for the Republic of Tatarstan, Administration of the Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare for the Republic of Tatarstan, Administration of the Federal Service of State Registration, Land Register and Mapping for the Republic of Tatarstan, Administration of the Administrative and Technical Inspection of Kazan, representatives of administration of Kirovsky and Moscovsky districts of Kazan spoke about the normative state of the territory of Admiralteyskaya Sloboda. In the course of the raid, plans and tasks of joint work on beautification of the territory of Admiralteyskaya Sloboda were shaped. In the nearest future specialists of the Federal Service of State Registration, Land Register and Mapping will elaborate the list of land users in the water area of Kazanka, which then will be referred to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan to continue work.
