The Environmental Prosecutor's Office revealed violations in waste management at 14 Kazan enterprises
The Kazan interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office conducted an inspection of compliance with legislation in the field of waste management. During the verification measures, it was established that 14 enterprises in Kazan violated the requirements of the law by not providing information about their waste to the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Federal Environmental Operator".
These data are necessary for entering into the federal state information system for accounting and control of waste management of hazard classes I and II (FGIS OPVC). It should be recalled that starting from March 1, 2022, work on the basis of the digital platform is mandatory.
Representations have been made to the heads of enterprises to eliminate the identified violations under the control of the prosecutor's office.
