More than 8 thousand applications have been received by the environmental reception since the beginning of the year
8283 applications have been registered at the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year. These are 3,768 messages in the School Eco-patrol mobile application and 1,283 notifications received through the People's Control system. 177 requests were registered on the feedback platform "POS" and 3055 – through the Internet reception of the Ministry.
The most popular issue among the population continues to be the topic of unauthorized landfills and untimely garbage collection. There are 5,309 requests for this issue. Also, 1,186 reports were related to atmospheric air quality and 889 to water quality.
As of today, 7,260 appeals have already been reviewed and resolved by environmentalists.
