Tatarstan took the second place in the All-Russian campaign "BoomBattle"
77 regions of the country joined the large-scale waste paper collection campaign. To date, the top three are occupied by the Belgorod region, the Republic of Tatarstan and Bashkortostan.
In three weeks, the participants of the All-Russian campaign "BoomBattle" collected more than 583 tons of paper waste, contributing to the formation of the MSW management system and achieving the goals of the national project "Ecology".
The organizers of the "paper battle" expect that all subjects of the Russian Federation will traditionally have time to participate in the campaign. "Such activity allows us to count on setting new records, we hope that this season we will collect even more waste paper. It's great that BoomBattle unites a wide variety of people across the country with one common desire – to make our nature cleaner," said Andrey Rudnev, co–chairman of the Ecosystem Movement.
To date, participants from Tatarstan have collected 38 tons of paper waste. Anyone can help our republic to become a leader and win another environmental victory!
