"You are a shining example of dedication to nature." Deputy Minister Egor Tarnavsky awarded the winners of the Republican gathering of Young Scientists
3 days filled with new acquaintances, knowledge and a warm friendly atmosphere are coming to an end. Today is the final day of the Republican Gathering of Young People in Baitik.
Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Egor Tarnavsky came to congratulate the guys and sum up the results of their joint work. He noted that he was glad to be here today and join the friendly association of young scientists.
"The movement of young Naturalists is more than 100 years old, you are part of a century-old history! Many representatives of the young scientists became great scientists and researchers. I am sure that you will achieve the same heights, because you are a vivid example of dedication to nature," Egor Tarnavsky emphasized, welcoming the participants.
Today there are more than 2,300 young naturalists in the Republic of Tatarstan, and the best of them are now gathered at the Rally. For a whole year, they participated in good deeds for the benefit of nature: they held clean-up days, planted trees, helped birds, collected waste paper and batteries. Everyone's contribution is priceless! And each participant of the Rally is already a winner.
"I would like to separately mention the teachers who educate our children and are wholeheartedly passionate about their work," Yegor Tarnavsky addressed the teachers. - I sincerely thank you for your hard labor and your work. You are making a huge contribution to the education of an environmentally responsible generation."
The Deputy Minister stressed that thanks to joint efforts, Tatarstan is a leader in many indicators: "For many years we have been able to lead in the rating of regions of the All-Russian campaign "Water of Russia" of the national project "Ecology". Last year, the Tatarstan team won the first children's environmental forum in Chelyabinsk, and this year it is at this time that our guys defend their project in the II Forum." Our future depends on us and I am sure we will achieve even more significant victories!"
The closing of the Republican Gathering of Young Naturalists was marked by the summing up of a number of competitions in which children and their teachers participated throughout the year. For the victory, they were awarded diplomas and valuable prizes, including smart watches, portable speakers, smartphones, electric scooter, SUP board, laptop, action camera, headphones.
