Inspectors of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan examined the waters of the Kuibyshev and Nizhnekamsk reservoirs. The subject of the raid was compliance with the legislation on subsoil.
47 license areas have been checked, of which 8 violations have been identified. In seven cases, this is the lack of connection to the GLONASS +112 system, which entails a warning. And one fact of going beyond the boundaries of the mining allotment. The material was sent to the Kama Transport Prosecutor's Office to bring the violator to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of art. 7.3 of The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Violation of the conditions provided for by the license for the use of mineral resources). The damage from illegal actions amounted to 125 thousand rubles.
The inspectors also checked 21 water use sites according to the issued decisions for dredging. 5 violations were recorded – appropriate measures on the identified facts will be taken by the Volga-Kama Interregional Department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources Management.
