By October 18, have a chance to apply for the All-Russian Children's Drawing Contest "Multicolored Drops" of the Federal Agency for Water Resources. The best works will go to the United Nations Conference on Climate Change. It will be held from November 11 to 22 in Baku as part of the traditional Water Day.
This year, works are accepted in 10 nominations, among which there are those that allow you to use the capabilities of artificial intelligence.
To submit applications, participants from 3 to 16 years old need to register on the website https://рисуюводу.RF/. The results of the competition will be announced on November 1.
The winner in the special nomination "Image of Water" will be chosen by the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia Alexander Kozlov. The winner of the Grand Prix will be determined by the jury members, including Dmitry Kirillov, head of Rosvodresursy, Nikas Safronov, People's Artist of the Russian Federation, actress Yulia Mikhalkova and others. The people's jury Prize, which was established for the first time this year, will be awarded to the participant who received the maximum user support in voting on the site.
For reference: the Multicolored Drops competition has been held by the Federal Agency for Water Resources since 2014. Over 10 years, more than 90 thousand children and teenagers have become its participants, who have sent about 126 thousand works.
