The Ministry of Ecology is preparing a lawsuit to be filed in court on the fact of non-removal of landfills in the village of Kinderi

TNV journalists contacted us today with a request to comment on the situation in the village of Kinderi. An unauthorized dump has been formed here in the 2nd Upper Lane.

A warning was sent to the Administration of the Sovetsky district about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements. Currently, the warning requirement has not been fulfilled.

The state inspectors of the Ministry conducted a repeated field survey to measure the area and volume of unauthorized waste storage for subsequent calculation of damage caused to soils.

A lawsuit is being prepared against the Administration of the Sovetsky District to be filed in court.
