Clean is there, where people don't litter! Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology checked the cleanliness of the territory of garden associations of the Tukayevsky district

19 September 2024, Thursday

Environmentalists, together with journalists, the head of the Association of Horticultural Non-profit Associations of the Tukayevsky district and a representative of the Grint company, checked the territory of the Vozrozhdenie gardeners' non-commercial partnership for the presence of unauthorized landfills.

"Compared to previous years, the number of such environmental violations has significantly decreased. Our preventive work played a big role in this. Many gardeners have begun to properly dispose of branches and plant debris on their site. Our main goal is not to find violators and impose fines, but to preserve nature," said Ralina Gimaeva, inspector of the Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology.

The inspection of the territory began from the bunker site. No plant and construction waste, which should not be placed in special storage areas, was found. The grass was mowed near many sites, but they did not carry it to the site. The gardeners themselves said that they use the vegetable tops as fertilizer.

"Waste management is at the proper level here. I am glad that gardeners not only build compost pits, but also recycle branches using a shredder," said the head of the Association of Agricultural Producers.

"Naberezhnye Chelny and the Tukayevsky district are a good example of organized information work, so we see that solid municipal waste is really stored in containers for MSW, and not branches and tops. As a result, the site is clean, there are no piles nearby that interfere with maintenance," said Vasilisa Sergeeva, head of the press service of the Grint company.

As a result of environmental monitoring, no violations were found in the Vozrozhdenie gardeners' non-commercial partnership.

Additionally, we inform you that environmental monitoring activities in Naberezhnye Chelny and Tukayevsky district are carried out annually by inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan to prevent the formation of unauthorized piles, which can lead to fire-hazardous situations and worsen the sanitary condition of the territory. All these activities contribute to the achievement of the goals of the national project "Ecology".
