We invite everyone to the "Purity Marathon"! On September 21, Kazan will join the clean-up days "Green Russia" and "Water of Russia" of the national project "Ecology"
Until September 28, the All-Russian clean-up day "Green Russia" and the "Water of Russia" campaign in support of the national project "Ecology" will be held in 89 regions of the country! The Republic of Tatarstan will take over the baton next Saturday and organize a large-scale cleaning on the territory of the Izumrudnoye Lake.
The clean-up day will be held in the format of the quest game "Purity Marathon". This is a team game in which the participants of the event collect waste in fractions over a certain period of time. For each bag of garbage, the teams will be awarded points. In addition, individual competitions will be held as part of the clean-up.
The teams with the highest number of points and the winners of the contests will receive valuable prizes from the event partners.
The participants will also enjoy a concert program, a field kitchen and interactive platforms. For example, a virtual cinema in 360 format from the Federal Agency for Water Resources will be deployed at the site of the clean-up. Wearing virtual reality glasses, the participants of the clean-up will be able to be inspired by the richness and beauty of Russian nature, to see the vast expanses of water. These include Lake Baikal, the Sulak Canyon, the Altai Mountains, the Neva and Ladoga Rivers, as well as the natural resources of the Republic of Karelia.

Residents of Tatarstan from the age of 14 can participate in the event, provided that each team has at least one participant over the age of 18.

The organizers of the clean-up are the Regional Youth Public Organization "It will be Clean" of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Branch of the Russian Geographical Society in the Republic of Tatarstan with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Administration of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts of Kazan.
