The chairman of the Petrokam-Avto garage cooperative illegally dumped waste
The fact that the chairman of the garage cooperative was involved in the formation of an unauthorized landfill in Nizhnekamsk was filmed by an eyewitness to the violation. The footage shows how a citizen, having collected waste in a wheelbarrow, takes it out of the territory and dumps it on the soil.
As inspectors of the Zakamsky territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan later found out, the violator, in order to save money, did not conclude a contract for the export of solid municipal waste. And deliberately dumped the garbage generated as a result of the cooperative's activities on the soil. The clutter area was 65 sq.m.
Now, a warning has been issued against the chairman of the Petrokam-Avto Group of Companies on the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements. The case materials have also been sent to the Nizhnekamsk city Prosecutor's Office to take measures of prosecutorial response.
