Almost 3 million measurements were performed by atmospheric air purity monitoring stations this year
From January 1 to September 6, 2024, 17 automatic air pollution control stations of the Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan performed 2.954 million measurements, including five AAPCSs in Kazan performed more than 909 thousand measurements.
According to the data received from the stations, from August 29 to September 6, exceedances of the maximum permissible concentrations for hydrogen sulfide were recorded:
— on AAPCS-1 (Osinovo village of Zelenodolsky microdistrict);
— on AAPCS-5 (Kazan, I. Shakirov st, 3).
No excess pollutants were detected at the other AAPCSs located in Kazan.
All data on exceedances are transmitted under supervision to Rosprirodnadzor and Rospotrebnadzor.
Additionally, we inform you that due to technical work, the measurement results from automatic air pollution control stations in real time are not displayed on the Environmental Map of the Republic of Tatarstan.
