Deputy Minister of Environment of Turkmenistan Begench Miminov visited the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the Tatarstan Petrochemical Forum.
"We are very pleased to see you at our Ministry. We are ready to share our experience and, above all, learn from it, because you have a big country with a great history, traditions and ecology too. Therefore, we welcome and thank you for your visit," said Deputy Minister of Ecology of Tatarstan Egor Tarnavsky, welcoming his colleague.
Begenchu Rozievich was told in detail about the work of the department and demonstrated the capabilities of a mobile environmental laboratory, an automatic station for monitoring atmospheric air purity, and also noted the possibilities for the analysis of the Flamingo research vessel. This scientific station can conduct real-time water surface research and has the most powerful river floating laboratory. After a short tour, a round table was held at the Ministry, which was also attended by employees of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the meeting of the joint Turkmen-Tatarstan working group, we agreed to continue such meetings and think about further cooperation.
For reference: the ninth meeting of the joint Turkmen-Tatarstan working group on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation is taking place in Kazan from August 26 to 28. The event contributes to the achievement of the goals of the national project "Ecology".
