Inspectors of the South-Eastern TA are seeking to eliminate the landfill through the court
The area is 4,200 sq.m., the volume is 3,800 cubic meters. These are the dimensions of an unauthorized landfill identified by inspectors of the Southeastern Department in the Leninogorsk district. A huge clutter was formed at the eastern side of the landfill, located on the territory of the Pismyansky rural settlement.
According to the Office of the Federal Register of the Republic of Tatarstan, this land plot is owned by the municipality, which means that the maintenance of this territory is their responsibility.
A warning was sent to the Executive Committee of the Pismyansky rural settlement, and then a claim to eliminate the violation. Due to the fact that the legal requirement of environmentalists has not been fulfilled, specialists of the South-Eastern TA prepared and sent a statement of claim to the Leninogorsk district Court.
