In the village of Pospelovo, Yelabuga district, the formation of a landfill near a container site was stopped
Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan continue to monitor the prevention of clutter in places of accumulation of MSW. Another fact of garbage storage on the territory adjacent to the container site was revealed this time in the village of Pospelovo, Yelabuga district.
Inspectors of the Kama Territorial Administration issued a warning to the Executive Committee of the Pospelovsky rural settlement about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.
To date, the landfill has been eliminated. The territory of the container site has been put in order.
It should be recalled that the creation and maintenance of solid municipal waste accumulation sites, as well as the determination of the layout of MSW accumulation sites, are attributed to the powers of local governments. In the area of apartment buildings, this is the responsibility of management companies, in the area of individual residential development – local governments.
