The fact of unlicensed mining of minerals (clay) It was identified by inspectors of the Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology in the Aktanyshsky district. At the time of the survey, mining equipment was recorded on site – an excavator and 3 KAMAZ trucks. The fertile soil layer has been removed and stored along the sides of the quarry. The development area reached 4.5 thousand square meters, the volume of the developed space amounted to 5.9 thousand cubic meters.

Environmentalists estimated the damage caused as a result of unauthorized mining at 1.94 million rubles. The case materials on the fact of damage to agricultural land were sent under the jurisdiction of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Republic of Tatarstan.
