Almost 5.5 thousand applications have been processed by employees of the Ministry of Ecology this year
5,424 applications have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year.
As before, the most urgent problem that Tatarstan residents complain about remains the problems of landfills and untimely garbage collection. Of the 5,424 appeals, 3384 are complaints about unauthorized waste disposal. Also, the Ministry of Ecology received 746 appeals on atmospheric air quality and 651 on water quality.
As for communication channels, 2,256 messages were received through the School Eco-patrol mobile application, 2106 through the Ministry's Internet reception, 920 notifications through the People's Control system, 142 requests were sent through the POS feedback platform.
