LLC "Chista" paid for the pollution of the Tyulyachki river
About 50 thousand rubles was the damage caused to the Tyulyachka river as a result of the discharge of untreated wastewater from the treatment facilities of Chista LLC. The violation was revealed by specialists of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology in February this year.
Sampling on the release from the BTP was carried out three times, and each time with confirmation of the excess. According to the final analysis, an increased content of pollutants was recorded for COD by 2.9 times, for BOD by 12.8 times, for ammonium ion by 1.4 times, for chlorides by 2.8 times. Based on the protocols of quantitative chemical analysis, the amount of damage caused to the water body was calculated.
According to this fact, a claim was sent to the violator, the damage was compensated on time.
