By a court decision, the Tukayevsky "Rosinka" gardeners' non-commercial partnership was ordered to carry out reclamation
The departure to the village of Kalmash in the Tukayevsky district was carried out by inspectors of the Kama territorial Administration after an appeal from citizens. Concerned residents reported that special equipment is working in the coastal strip of the Beskachanka River. An inspection carried out by environmentalists confirmed that excavation and deepening of the river bottom were carried out in the water conservation zone. Traces of movement of vehicles were recorded, although at the time of the survey the equipment itself was missing.
According to this fact, in relation to the Rosinka gardeners' non-commercial partnership, the Prikamsky TA of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan was issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements. The repeated examination showed that the violations were still not eliminated. This was the basis for filing a claim with the court.
As a result of the court session, the requirements of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan on land reclamation with an area of 650 sq.m. were satisfied. The elimination of violations is under control.
