More than 5 thousand appeals have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year
Environmentalists reviewed 2,146 messages received through the School Eco-patrol mobile application, 842 notifications received in the People's Control system, 130 requests on the POS feedback platform and 1,893 through the Ministry's Internet reception. In total, the department received 5,011 appeals.
The most popular issue among the population continues to be the topic of unauthorized landfills. This category accounts for 64% of all appeals from citizens. Also, 649 appeals were related to the quality of atmospheric air and 577 – to the quality of water.
