The Ministry of Ecology received an appeal from residents about the pollution of the Toima River. Inspectors of the Kama department went to the place of treatment, conducted a survey of the territory and took water samples. According to the results of the study, exceedances were revealed: for ammonium ions by 1.42 times, phosphate ions by 6.9 times, sulfate ions by 7.5 times, iron by 3.5 times and manganese by 19.4 times.
At the moment, all materials have been submitted for consideration to the Volga-Kama Interregional Department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Environmental Management.
