Deputy Minister of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan presented diplomas to graduates of Kazan Petrochemical College named after V. P. Lushnikov and Kazan Agrarian University
Graduation ceremonies are held in many Tatarstan universities and colleges these days. Students of Kazan Petrochemical College named after V. P. Lushnikov and Kazan Agrarian University were escorted into adulthood this week. Olga Manidicheva, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, congratulated the students on graduation and wished them success in their future activities.
"Dear graduates, you have gained knowledge, experience and friends. All this will definitely be useful to you in the future. I congratulate you on the successful completion of one of the most important stages of your life!", the Deputy Minister said to the graduates.
