Inspectors of the South-Eastern Department during a joint trip with employees of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Bugulminsky district revealed a violation at the Rudnikovskoye subsoil site.
 
During the inspection of the territory, the opening of a fertile soil layer on agricultural land was discovered.
 
A protocol was drawn up by the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Bugulminsky district and sent to the Ministry of Ecology for consideration of the decision on administrative punishment. The violator faces a fine of 300 thousand rubles.
