400 thousand rubles will be paid by Bavly citizen for the harm caused to nature

In December 2023, inspectors of the Priiksky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded illegal mining on agricultural lands. The damage from illegal actions was estimated at 400 thousand rubles. 

Environmentalists sent a claim to the violator for voluntary compensation for damage caused to the environment, but it was not executed on time. After the allotted time, the inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology filed a claim with the court. The Bavly City Court of the Republic of Tatarstan issued a decision to satisfy the environmentalists' claim in full.
