We urge all residents to turn off lighting, electrical appliances and appliances for at least an hour.
In Tatarstan, the illumination of the buildings of the City Hall, the Kazan City Hall, the Kazan Kremlin, the pedestrian zone of the Kazan Family Center, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the territorial departments of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and other departments will be turned off for the duration of the campaign.
