2655 applications were received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception for the period from April 1 to May 24. The most pressing issue of concern to the population continues to be the issue of unauthorized landfills. 2404 messages have been received on this topic. All of them are worked out by the inspection staff together with the residents of the republic.
472 requests were received for air quality, 354 for water.
In terms of communication channels, it should be noted that our students are still the most active. Through the School Ecopatrol mobile application, 1,571 photos were sent to the Ministry, 385 messages came through the People's Control system, 38 were registered on the POS feedback platform and 661 notifications were received through the Ministry's communication channels.
