Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology found a huge landfill in the Menzelinsky district

As part of the sanitary and environmental two-month period, inspectors of the Kama Department discovered unauthorized waste storage in Menzelinsk. Previously, this landfill site had already been eliminated, but residents filled the area with garbage again. The area of the newly formed landfill was 168,361 sq.m.

A warning was sent to the Executive Committee of Menzelinsk about the inadmissibility of violating environmental legislation and the need to eliminate violations within 60 days.
