Today, during a raid on Kaban Lake, environmentalists revealed illegal wastewater discharge
As part of the sanitary two-month period, inspectors of the Central Department together with journalists today went on a raid on Lake Sredny Kaban for illegal drains. Let us recall that the Ministry has already received several complaints about unauthorized discharges into this reservoir.
During the survey of the lake, wastewater discharge was discovered from a pipe located near 124 k 5 Hadi Taktasha Street.
Inspectors took water samples at two points: near the Kazan Zoo and Hadi Taktasha Street. At the moment, the samples are being tested in the laboratory.
Let us recall that the sanitary and environmental two-month period started in Tatarstan on April 1. Environmental agencies and supervisory authorities have already identified 888 violations.
