287 appeals were received by the Ministry of Ecology over the past week

287 applications were received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception for the period from April 1 to April 7. Unauthorized landfills have become the most pressing issue of concern to the population. 200 messages were received on this topic in a week. For example, last week, during a sanitary and ecological detour of the territory of the Laishevsky district of the republic, inspectors of the Central Department of the Ministry of Ecology, together with representatives of the state institution "Road Safety", identified 2 unauthorized landfills of construction debris. The storage of construction debris (asphalt concrete) was discovered in the village of Tangachi, and a landfill of brick scrap was found in the village of Singeli. A letter has been sent to the administration of the Laishevsky district on taking measures to eliminate the identified violations.

Also last week, 26 complaints were received about the quality of atmospheric air and 38 complaints about water quality.

In total, since the beginning of the year, the Republican Public Environmental Reception has received 1,213 applications. 300 of them were sent via the School Eco-patrol mobile application, 210 messages came through the People's Control system, 58 were registered on the POS feedback platform and 645 notifications were received through the Ministry's communication channels.
