The International Day of Seniors was celebrated at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today, veterans of work who devoted a lot of years to the work at the Ministry were honored at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Sidorov addressed the audience with a welcome speech and congratulations. He acknowledged that this day is a wonderful holiday that gives another opportunity to express deep respect and sincere gratitude to seniors.
“You have made a lot of efforts so that the work on assurance of ecological safety of the republic and careful attitude to the natural resources at our ministry is up to the mark, the Minister addressed the audience. - Many of you still actively participate in social life, help educating the youth drawing on the example of older generations. I am sure that each and every one of us is obliged to carefully adopt such lasting values from you observing continuity of generations”. Artem Sidorov wished the veterans strong health, well-being, longevity, warmth, love and understanding on the part of the loved ones.

As part of the new national project "Environmental well-being" Tatarstan has planned the implementation of 8 environmental initiatives with total funding of 3 billion rubles.
