An environmental conference was held at the Verkhne-Arbash school
An ecological and geographical scientific and practical conference "Through search and creativity to perfection" was held in the Kukmor district. The conference has been held for the 12th time, this year it was timed to coincide with the Year of the Family in Russia and scientific and technological development in the republic.
310 scientific and practical works from schoolchildren and teachers of Kazan, Nizhnekamsk and districts of the republic were presented to the jury.
The research was conducted in 4 directions:
1. Ecological and biological problems and their solution;
2. Human ecology: health, culture and quality of life;
3. Our contribution to nature conservation;
4. Formation of environmental literacy of schoolchildren in the educational process.
The conference was attended by Deputy Head of the Department of Education of the Kukmor district Milyausha Baklanova, head of the Northern TA Lenar Kasimov, Professor, Doctor of Biological Sciences Airat Sabirov, Honored Ecologist of the Republic of Tatarstan Rifkat Khuziev and head of the Youth Club of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Farkhullin.
The event discussed environmental issues such as household waste pollution, the creation of health trails, issues of environmental education and upbringing of the younger generation. The conference participants expressed their willingness to hold educational events and draw public attention to environmental issues.
Within the framework of the meeting, an exhibition of handicrafts made of discarded material, drawings and photographs dedicated to environmental issues was also organized.
