Hand over the waste paper – save the tree! An eco-marathon will start in Tatarstan in a month

On April 16, the eco-marathon "Hand over waste paper – save a tree" starts in Tatarstan.

The campaign takes place 2 times a year on a regular basis, with the support of the "Give a Tree" project www.подари-дерево.рфThe marathon takes place in the form of competitions between districts and cities of the Republic of Tatarstan. The main task is to draw people's attention to resource conservation, make them think about the wastefulness of using natural resources, and also contribute to the development of recycling.

All educational institutions, public organizations, enterprises, companies, and other institutions of Tatarstan can participate. To do this, one needs to collect waste paper of at least 300 kg and leave a request on the official website of the campaignHand over the paper.rf or www.Sdai-Bumagu.com
 

Those who cannot collect 300 kg, but want to take part in the campaign, can apply at their place of work or to the nearest educational institution, institution with an offer to take part in the campaign "Hand over waste paper – save the tree!"

Let us recall that in order to properly prepare for delivery, waste paper, that is recyclable should be collected: glossy magazines, newspapers, office paper, notebooks, kraft paper. It is good to tie up in dense bales or tightly and compactly put into boxes, removing the plastic elements before doing so.


 Applications for the removal of waste paper must be left in advance on the official website of the campaign www.сдавайбумагу.рф, the export of the collected waste paper will be carried out by the transport of the processor company according to the schedule of the campaign.

All participants of the campaign will be awarded with commendations, and the most productive ones will receive cash prizes. Remuneration is paid when one or more organizations collect waste paper weighing more than 1 ton at one collection point.


According to the results of the campaign, a “Green rating” of municipalities will be compiled.
