Tatarstan has approved measures to reduce the air load on the territory of Nizhnekamsk and Tukayevsky districts
Since March 7, due to the fact that the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 11/19/2016 "On the implementation of measures to reduce anthropogenic pressure on atmospheric air in Nizhnekamsk and Nizhnekamsk municipal district" has become invalid, a new procedure has been defined for analyzing the feasibility of creating new production facilities or expanding existing production facilities on the territory of Nizhnekamsk and Tukayevsky districts located in within 3 km from Nizhnekamsk.
According to the document, a list of data has been approved, which should be submitted to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the republic by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. The data should be sent in the event that construction and (or) reconstruction of facilities meeting the criteria for classification as category 1, 2 and 3 are planned on the territory of Nizhnekamsk and Tukayevsky districts.
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources conducts an analysis of air quality for the absence of excess of the permissible content of pollutants and, based on the results of the analysis, sends its results to the Office of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare in the republic.
The Ministry also undertakes to take into account the results of the analyses and recommend actions to economic entities to implement the points of the document. In particular, it is recommended that the Office of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Welfare in the Republic, when issuing positive sanitary and epidemiological conclusions to economic entities, take into account the results of analyses. The shelf life of air readings is 1 year.
