Employees of the Ministry of Ecology promptly left for the village of Peschanye Kovali following a complaint from residents about sewage discharge

On the territory of the Koval Estate, inspectors found an accumulation of water in a drainage channel. According to a local resident, there was a cesspool nearby, but due to the large amount of snow, its presence could not be confirmed.

A day later, the water was pumped out of the canal, and inspectors took water samples for further investigation.

The analysis of the samples showed that there are minor excesses for petroleum products, no excesses for other pollutants were detected.
