According to complaints from residents, inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology took air samples in the northern part of Kazan
This weekend, the Ministry of Ecology received several appeals from residents of Kazan and Zelenodolsk district on the quality of atmospheric air. Residents were concerned about the peculiar smell in the atmospheric air.
Inspectors of the Central Department of the Ministry of Ecology promptly left on complaints. With the help of a mobile environmental laboratory, taking into account the direction of the wind, atmospheric air samples were taken in the village of Novaya Tura on Cooperativnaya Street next to house No. 7 and in Kazan on Aidarova Street next to house No. 18. The study showed that no excess of permissible concentrations in the air was detected.
Additionally, we inform you that on March 2, 2 nitrogen dioxide exceedances were detected at the automatic control station (AAPCS 5) located in the residential complex Salavat Coopere. Let us recall that nitrogen dioxide is a gas that is produced by burning fuel, for example gasoline in cars.
