From February 22 to March 1, no excess of permissible concentrations of pollutants in the atmospheric air were recorded by automatic air pollution control stations in Kazan.
Let us recall that since the beginning of this year, 17 automatic air pollution control stations have performed more than 690 thousand measurements, including five automatic air pollution control stations in Kazan performed more than 234 thousand measurements.
Also, over the past week, inspectors from the Ministry of Ecology conducted a daily survey of the territories adjacent to the facilities where the Games of the Future competitions are held. 24 visitations were carried out. No violations of environmental legislation were detected during the patrol. The sanitary and ecological condition, the quality of atmospheric air, and the maintenance of container sites are in the area of special attention.
Mobile environmental laboratories are on duty around the clock.
During the period of the competition, no excess in the atmospheric air was also detected. During the period of the competition, the Ministry received 29 appeals from citizens. More than 20 visits have been carried out based on complaints from residents. 70% of the requests have already been reviewed.
