The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recalls the need for timely provision of information on annual forms of federal statistical observation. In the personal account of the subsoil user on the public services portal (https://lk.rosnedra.gov.ru /) it is necessary to submit statistical reports on forms No. 4-LS "Information on the fulfillment of the conditions for the use of subsurface resources in the extraction of drinking and technical groundwater" and No. 2-LS "Information on the fulfillment of the conditions for the use of subsurface resources in the extraction of solid minerals".
Failure to provide reports is a violation of the fulfillment of the license terms (license agreement).
The need for reporting is excluded only from July 1, 2024 in connection with the adoption of a new order by the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation and Rosnedry "On Approval of the Procedure for Submitting geological Information on Subsurface Resources to the Federal Fund for Geological Information and its territorial funds, funds of geological Information of the subjects of the Russian Federation."
