Rosatom has created an interactive map with hazardous waste collection points
At the exhibition-forum "Russia" at VDNKh, specialists of the Federal Environmental Operator presented a map where you can get rid of harmful garbage. The points where batteries, mercury lamps and thermometers should be put were shown.
For two years now, the FGIS OPVC system has been providing collection and transportation of waste of classes I and II. According to the law of the Federal State Accounting Information System, only legal entities could participate. They registered in the system and entered all the information about their activities. However, a large request from the population did not go unanswered. It was decided to create a special scheme indicating the registered collection points for hazardous waste.

The interface will be improved taking into account the wishes of users, but the main thing has already been done. Now the waste will be properly disposed of and will not be able to harm nature.
