The staff of the Ministry of Ecology expresses sincere condolences to the family and friends in connection with the death of Nikolai Ivanovich Boroznov
Nikolai Ivanovich Boroznov stood at the origins of the formation of the Ministry of Ecology, from 1993 to 2001 he was Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan – the first chief state inspector. He was a like-minded person and a great assistant to the First Minister of Ecology Anatoly Ivanovich Shchepovskikh.
It was thanks to people like Nikolai Ivanovich that a unified system of nature protection in Tatarstan was formed. With his direct participation, the Regulation on the Ministry of Ecology was developed, the structure of the department was created and the Red Book of Tatarstan was issued.
Nikolai Ivanovich had well-deserved authority, respect and recognition, acted as a teacher and mentor, whose experience and wisdom helped to educate more than one generation of highly professional environmentalists. His colleagues appreciated him for his professionalism, business and human qualities, a high sense of responsibility, humanity and dedication.
The bright memory of Nikolai Ivanovich will forever remain in the hearts of his students, employees of the Ministry of Ecology and everyone who was familiar with this sensitive and open person.
