Today, a new Head of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was introduced in Naberezhnye Chelny. NailGabbasovichGaripov, a former Head of the Department of Internal Affairs for Menzelinsk district under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan was appointed to this position. NailGaripovgraduatedfromKazanAviationInstitute, workedasforemanat Almetyevsk plant “Radiopribor”, he was alsoDeputy Headofthe Department of Ecological Police under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, and he devoted 30 years to the service inthe internal affairs agencies of the Republic of Tatarstan.

As part of the new national project "Environmental well-being" Tatarstan has planned the implementation of 8 environmental initiatives with total funding of 3 billion rubles. The main part of the funds will be used for work on the federal project "Water of Russia", Minister of Ecology Azat Ziganshin said at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
