Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology identified violations during preventive visits and gave recommendations for their elimination
Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology continue their preventive visits even on holidays. Employees of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan inspected the territory of the Kazan Pipe Plant LLC in Kazan. The inspectors advised the company's employees on reporting issues under the industrial environmental control program, on ways to dispose of production waste. Violations of environmental legislation have not been identified.
The specialists of the Ministry of Ecology conducted a preventive visit to Ak Tash LLC and Ak Tash-Investroy LLC. During the visit, it was established that Ak Tash-Investroy LLC did not apply for state registration as an object that has a negative impact on the environment. Recommendations were given to apply as soon as possible and explained why this is necessary.
Inspectors of the territorial departments of the department also visited Nizhnekamsk Passenger Motor Transport Enterprise LLC. Experts have issued recommendations to eliminate the identified violations of mandatory legal requirements:
- develop and implement measures to reduce emissions of harmful substances into the atmospheric air during periods of adverse weather conditions;
- to conclude an agreement with a federal operator for the provision of services for the collection, transportation, and treatment of waste of hazard classes I-II;
- to ensure that an inventory of emission sources is carried out in full.
The company has no information about an unorganized source of emissions located at Pervoprokhodnaya Street, 20 – this is a gas station. Preventive visits are continuing.
