Prevention is the best practice. Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan continue preventive visits
Let us recall that during the professional visit, inspectors, as a rule, collect additional information about enterprises, organizations or facilities subject to regional supervision. All explanations are advisory in nature. During a preventive visit, organizations are not issued orders to eliminate violations of mandatory legal requirements and fines are not imposed. This year, inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan conducted 28 preventive visits. During such visits, heads of organizations can get advice:
- about the mandatory requirements that apply to the activities of the organization;
- compliance with the risk criteria;
- about the grounds and recommended ways to reduce the risk category;
- on the types, content and intensity of control (supervisory) measures.
