A new procedure for preparing, reviewing and approving lists of subsurface areas of local significance containing common minerals, or refusing to approve such lists, as well as making changes to them, approved by Rosnedra Order No. 304 dated 05/29/2023, has entered into force.
This order includes a number of changes. Thus, it became possible for republican executive authorities and local self-government bodies to send proposals for making changes to the list of subsoil plots of local significance, and the "Personal Account of the subsoil user" became an additional "channel" for sending applications or proposals. The innovations also affected the duration of the procedure for preparing, reviewing, approving the list of subsurface areas of local significance, now it is no more than 17 working days.
