108 young ecologists, 20 districts of the Republic of Tatarstan and 6 days of the full-time stage. The winners of the Olympiad of young ecologists "Pure Heritage" were awarded in Almetyevsk
The first Republican Olympiad of young ecologists "Pure Heritage" has ended in Tatarstan. The head of the Department of Information Systems and Environmental Education of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Valiullin congratulated the winners.
"The best of the best made it to the final. I am very pleased to reward those who prove their love for the environment by their actions. I hope you will continue your work and become an example not only for peers, but also for adults," said Damir Valiullin, Head of the Department of Information Systems and Environmental Education of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Almost 750 schoolchildren from all over the republic showed up to participate in the Olympiad. The participants had to go through two stages: correspondence and full-time. According to the results of the correspondence stage assignments, 108 young ecologists from 20 districts of Tatarstan passed to the final. The full-time stage was held on the basis of the children's health camp "Youth" of the Almetyevsk district. During the week, meetings with environmentalists, experts, master classes and excursions were held for schoolchildren. On the final day, in addition to the test tasks, the participants wrote essays on environmental topics.

Category of students in grades 5-6:
1st place - Valeria Mednikova from Bugulma district and Amalia Shakirova from Aznakaevsky district
2nd place - Shiriyazdanov Daniyar from Almetyevsk district
3rd place - Bagramova Amina from Aznakaevsky district and Kalimullina Renata from Bugulma district
Category of students in grades 7-8:
1st place - Kamilla Bikbaeva from Bugulma district and Adil Sagidullina from Almetyevsk district
2nd place - Mamin Danil from Bugulma district and Yakieva Aisylu from Menzelinsky district
3rd place - Giniyatullin Salavat from the city of Nurlat and Trifonova Adelina from the Tetyushsky district.
Let us recall that on September 2, the Olympiad of young ecologists "Clean Heritage" started in Almetyevsk. This year it was held for the first time and was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the beginning of oil development in Tatarstan, the 75th anniversary of the Romashkinskoye field and the Year of the Teacher and Mentor in Russia.
The organizers of the Olympiad are the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and PJSC Tatneft named after V. D. Shashin.
