49 children from Tatarstan fulfilled their cherished dream today and received gifts from the "Ball of Wishes" marathon
Participants of the marathon were awarded today at the Kazan zoo "Zambezi River". 49 children received tablets, smartphones, laptops, scooters, tourist tents and other gifts as part of the marathon "Ball of Desires" of the international children's and youth award "Ecology is everyone's business".
The marathon of Boundless Kindness is held this year for the first time, its participants are children from 6 to 17 years old. They created models of the globe from recycled materials and natural materials, recorded video visuals, where they told about their most cherished desires. 132 children from Tatarstan took part in the marathon and the wishes of many of them were fulfilled today. Adelia Bochkareva from Mamadyshsky district is among those who received a gift today. In order to become a participant in the marathon of boundless kindness, Adelia made an eco-model of the globe out of paper, cardboard and napkins and received a video camera as a gift today. The fifth-grader's dream has come true, now she can shoot videos professionally. The gift was presented to the girl today by Deputy Minister of Ecology Egor Tarnavsky. "Guys, what you are doing is very important. In the republic, with the support of the Ministry of Ecology, the movement of young scientists is actively developing, which unites 2 thousand children. Older guys participate in the movement "It will be clean", this year it unites already 10 thousand people. And when you get older, you will be able to join the movement," said the Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, addressing the schoolchildren. He stressed that the participants of environmental contests are an example of responsible youth who take care of the nature of their native land and always come to the aid of environmentalists.
